About Two Shiny Pennies
Two Shiny Pennies is a Pacific NW country duo, singer Jason Fehlman and writer/arranger Phil Klahn, who released their self-titled debut album in July 2025. The songs are upbeat storytelling with touches of nostalgia.

Jason and Phil previously played together in the Portland, Oregon area bands Off the Record and The Harmonics NW. Phil has a long history of songwriting and producing, including for The Gospel Sons, Don Smith, Morning Song Praise, The Rust (PDX) and his six solo albums under the name Phankl.
